Standard Buffet Package:

Includes a variety of entrees, sides, salads, and desserts. Often comes with vegetarian options. May include basic beverages like water, tea, and coffee.

Cocktail Reception Package:

Focuses on hors d'oeuvres, both hot and cold, often passed by servers or available at stations. Can include a mix of bite-sized meat, seafood, vegetarian, and vegan options.

BBQ or Picnic Package:

Ideal for casual or outdoor events.

Includes grilled meats, burgers, hot dogs, salads, and classic picnic sides. Often served buffet-style.

Breakfast/Brunch Package:

Offers breakfast and brunch items like eggs, bacon, pastries, and fruit. May include a station for omelets or waffles.

Corporate Event Package:

Designed for business events, conferences, or meetings. Can range from simple coffee and pastries to full meals. May include a lunch buffet or boxed lunches for convenience.

Wedding Package:

Often includes a variety of service options, from buffets to plated dinners. Can include a cocktail hour with hors d'oeuvres.

Themed Event Package:

Tailored to specific themes (e.g., Italian, Mexican, Hawaiian). Includes appropriate cuisine and sometimes themed decor. Can be adapted for both casual and formal events.

Plated Dinner Package:

More formal, with guests served individually at their tables. Typically includes a choice of several entrees, sides, and a dessert. Can include a soup or salad starter. (typically reserved for 25 or less)

Customized Package:

Designed to meet specific client needs and preferences. Can mix and match elements from other packages. Often used for unique events or clients with specific dietary requirements.
